My name is Sarah Alvarez and as a Stockton native I am thrilled to work in the area helping people establish roots in the place I call home. I am a real estate agent who works with home buyers and sellers in California.

Since the age of eight I began to develop my love for real estate. I'd design homes and decorate the interiors using magazine cut outs. Then I would market each property to my friends family members neighbors or basically anyone who would listen. This passion evolved with me through adulthood and reflected in each of my adult moves.

I married my high school sweetheart who joined the Marines Corps early on and consequently began our adventures of moving a whopping 14 times in 11 years. That's right 14 times! We lived in San Diego Fresno the Bay Area and even North Carolina. These moves ultimately taught me the importance of attention to detail when researching available housing options that met our needs and stayed within our budget and timeline. And obviously I became a professional at transforming spaces into feeling like home. (Thank you magazine cut outs and eight year old Sarah.)

I earned my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Management and spent 17 years gaining customer service experience in fields that ranged from sales to property management. My strong work ethic excellent communication skills and a determination to provide a high-quality personalized approach allows me to deliver results AND an enjoyable experience.
